The rooms can be occupied from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be left until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. On early arrivals or late departures, we can provide a luggage room as long as needed. (On arrival, the rooms might be available sooner than 2 p.m. but it depends on the occupancy and unfortunately, there is no way of telling it days before arrival.)
Depending on occupancy, our Guest can ask for late check-out for a 4 000,- HUF/ person price and it includes the usage of the welness area until 5 p.m.
Guests arriving by train or by bus we provide transfer by prior arrangement, upon request, for a fee, to a local bus or train station.

We only need your card details to guarantee the booking, we will not do any prior charges. If a Guest does not show up on the day of the arrival („no-show”) és the booking has not been cancelled before, we will request a penalty fee stated in the Cancellation Policy. When booking, please indicate which method is more suitable for you. Thank you!
Individual bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 5 days before arrival. Kiemelt időszakok, illetve egyedi csomagok esetében a lemondási feltételek ettől eltérhetnek. In some packages and during high season we may charge a cancellation fee.
The meals' order can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the actual service. To determine times, for Lunch we use 11 a.m. and for dinner we use 5 p.m.
Cancellation between 5-2 days before original arrival date: 1 night shall be paid from the total price. Cancellation 1 day before original arrival date or „no show” : the individual will be charged with the full price of hotel services and nights.
