La Contessa Castle Hotel always tries to fit the needs and meet the expectations of the Guests with its renewing services. That is why we had had a whole new building, the Szalajka Event Center built, which opened in 2011. Thanks to the new building our hotel is now able to host large events.
In the park area, the Szalajka Event Center is located 150 meters away from the Castle. With its modern, up to date technical equipments it is a perfect place for holding business meetings, conferences, team building camps and gala dinners. The building's Pallavicini hall ( which can hold up to 180 people ) can be divided to three smaller sections. For the absolute privacy, next to the conference hall there is an exclusive VIP room.
For the coffee breaks and standing receptions the winter garden and the terraces can also be used. On the building's ground floor there is a bowling alley, a squash court and billards, what is more we can open the Cocktail Bar for our Partners, upon request.
